Traditional homes close in as little as 7 business days. Land deals typically close in 14–21 days. Luxury properties vary by complexity, but the buyer always works to your timeline.
No repairs, no cleaning, no staging — ever. Our buyers take any condition: fire damage, mold, structural issues, hoarder homes, vacant properties. For land, no clearing or improvements needed.
Offer
